About the role

You will be the internal research engine. Your work will inform pricing, positioning, market expansion, and product prioritization. You need to be sharp with spreadsheets, clear in writing, and comfortable pulling data from public sources, customer calls, and internal systems.

What you'll do

Build market maps, competitive analyses, and TAM/SAM/SOM estimates for target segments.
Analyze user behavior, conversion funnels, and partnership performance.
Prepare board-ready memos and executive summaries on strategic questions.
Support pricing and packaging analysis for new product tiers.
Run surveys, interviews, and secondary research to validate hypotheses.

What we're looking for

2+ years in consulting, investment banking, corporate strategy, or business analytics.
Advanced Excel / Google Sheets and strong data storytelling skills.
Comfort with SQL, BI tools, or willingness to learn quickly.
Excellent written and verbal communication; you can write a one-page memo that moves a decision.
Self-starter who can own projects end to end with minimal oversight.

Nice to have

Real estate, fintech, or proptech experience.
Python or R for data analysis.
Experience with customer research and survey design.

Compensation, equity & stock options

Base salary range: $75K – $115K
Equity grant range: 0.02% – 0.06%

Variable pay: Annual performance bonus up to 10% of base

Stock options: Equity is not guaranteed. Stock option grants are considered case by case and, when granted, are finalized after one year of employment. Ranges shown are indicative, not an offer.
