About the role

You are the connective tissue between the founders, engineering, underwriting, and the operators who use Edge every day. You will define what we build, why we build it, and how we measure success. You will ship quickly, learn from real usage, and keep the roadmap focused on the highest-leverage bets.

What you'll do

  • Define and prioritize the product roadmap for the Edge strategist and adjacent tools.
  • Run discovery conversations with real estate investors, lenders, and syndicators to find urgent problems.
  • Write clear specs, user stories, and success metrics that engineering and design can execute against.
  • Own the release process, feature flags, and post-launch analysis.
  • Partner with growth and underwriting to make sure the product converts and delivers value.

What we're looking for

  • 4+ years as a product manager in a high-ownership environment, preferably B2B or fintech.
  • Track record of shipping features that moved a meaningful metric.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication; you can run a user interview and write a spec in the same day.
  • Comfort with ambiguity and the ability to make decisions with incomplete information.
  • Strong analytical instincts and fluency with product data tools.

Nice to have

  • Real estate, lending, or capital markets experience.
  • Experience with AI/LLM products and prompt-driven UX.
  • Design or engineering background.
