About the role

You will join the Strategy team and work on real projects from day one: market research, competitive analysis, financial modeling, and operational support. You will get direct exposure to founders and senior team members, and leave the internship with concrete work you can talk about in future interviews.

What you'll do

Assist with market research, competitive analysis, and data collection.
Build and maintain spreadsheets and dashboards that track key metrics.
Draft research summaries and presentations for internal decision-making.
Support the team on ad-hoc strategic and operational projects.
Learn the basics of real estate capital markets and fintech go-to-market.

What we're looking for

Currently enrolled in a bachelor's or master's program, ideally in business, economics, finance, or a related field.
Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills and attention to detail.
Curiosity about startups, fintech, real estate, or data-driven decision-making.
Clear written communication and the ability to work independently.
Available to work at least 20 hours per week for a minimum of 10 weeks.

Nice to have

Prior internship or project experience in consulting, finance, or tech.
Basic SQL or data visualization skills.
Interest in real estate investing or capital markets.

Compensation, equity & stock options

Base salary range: $24 – $30 / hour
Equity grant range: None

Stock options: Equity is not guaranteed. Stock option grants are considered case by case and, when granted, are finalized after one year of employment. Ranges shown are indicative, not an offer.
