About the role
You will be the first dedicated customer success hire. Your job is to make sure every user gets value from the strategist, whether they are a first-time investor or a full-time operator. You will handle onboarding, answer hard questions, identify expansion opportunities, and turn customer feedback into clear product input.
What you'll do
- Onboard new users and design the onboarding sequence as the product matures.
- Respond to support questions, troubleshoot issues, and escalate product feedback.
- Track account health, engagement, and expansion signals.
- Build help content, FAQs, and best-practice guides for real estate capital strategies.
- Be the voice of the customer in product and roadmap discussions.
What we're looking for
- 3+ years in customer success, account management, or support at a B2B SaaS or fintech company.
- Strong written communication and empathy — you can de-escalate and educate at the same time.
- Comfortable with ambiguity and building processes from scratch.
- Analytical enough to spot churn and expansion signals from usage data.
- Real estate or investing domain knowledge is a strong plus.
Nice to have
- Experience with CRM and support tools like HubSpot, Intercom, or Zendesk.
- Familiarity with real estate financing concepts.
- Experience creating video or written tutorials.
Compensation, equity & stock options
- Base salary range
- $70K – $105K
- Equity grant range
- 0.02% – 0.06%
Variable pay: Annual performance bonus up to 10% of base
Stock options: Equity is not guaranteed. Stock option grants are considered case by case and, when granted, are finalized after one year of employment. Ranges shown are indicative, not an offer.
Final offers depend on experience and location. Ranges shown are what we actually pay — we don't post a range we won't honor.
